New to WHOLESALING....I have questions

Hello all, I am new to Wholesaling and New to Real Estate in Dallas. I have a few basic questions. This is basically concerning Wholesaling for quick cash. Thanks.

1. Are Assignment of Contracts allowed here in Texas?

2. Does anyone know of a reputable Title Company to close with?

3. Does anyone know of a reputable Real Estate Attorney? Fees?

4. Where are the War Zones here in the Dallas and Fort Worth area? War Zones are areas with high-crime (murder, rapes, drugs, etc), where people do no feel safe.

5. Are there specific rules here in Texas concerning Wholesaling? Baxically is there anything that I really need to know when doing Wholesaling deals that apply to Texas REal estate?

thanks so much. Any info would be great.

Assignments are legal, but if you are buying REO's (bank owned) the banks will not allow it. As far as war zones you will have to drive the areas you would like to farm and gather that info for yourself. Not really any specific rules for wholesaling that are different than most states. I rehab homes and will purchase any deals you get provided they are in a good resell area(DOM less than 60 days average) and you got a good enough deal.
