I use Investway - available at &lt;a href="http://www.dfwinvestors.net/investway" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www.dfwinvestors.net/investway&lt;/a&gt; . Its not cheap ($99/mo) but it is well worth it as I know exactly how much I should pay for a property and charge for rent. The $100 a month saves me a lot in otherwise expensive mistakes.
