The property looks great. It may have taken a while but I am sure that the new owners will love it.

I am with Jessica, I know this is something I want to do but would like the opportunity to speak with someone who has done it before.

Thanks!

My name is Jessica and my fiance and I live in Granbury (45min from Fort Worth) We are a young ambitious couple looking to get into rehabbing properties as soon as possible! I stumbled upon this website researching the business, and came across your blog and couldnt stop reading. Kind of one of this warm and tingly feelings when you hit an "ah ha!" moment. Finally someone real who explains in detail from start to finish. Ive seen everything from books to infomercials on the business and didnt know where to start. My fiance has his own Trim construction business based mostly out of Fort Worth. We are looking for someone with the expertise that is willing to let us be their "protege" sort of speak. We just want to have a cup of coffee with someone willing to take time out of their busy schedule to answer questions we have. We are very serious and motivated...we just want to start off right and not leave anything overlooked. You seem like you are the right person or you may even know of someone that we could talk to. If interested please feel free to contact me via email. As for others reading this reply I plan on becoming a member of the website just as soon as they get dsl out here! (Dial up is frustrating!)Hope to meet new people in the business!

Great job but do you have any advice you could give to a novice that will have to use OPM or HML to get started in this business?
