					<description>ya, i had looked into demolishing and selling the lot if I wasnt able to sell the house as-is.  I was only able to get any interest on the lot for around 40-45k.

Last time I drove by house they had it down to the studs which was definitely more than I had planned.  I gave the buyer a solid contractor who could handle the foundation work for 18k but they never contacted him.

Funny...I looked at this property I believe it is right off main street behind the car dealearships on 114, and I was definitely agreeing with the City...demolish and rebuild.  I wanted to purchase the property to do just that.  However, the seller (Probably the person who bailed you out) wanted too much for it which really didn't make much sense since I cannot believe that the rehab can be done for 35k.  I am eager to see what happens with the property and will continue to drive by to see what investor took over your nightmare.
